Established in 2020, Tanotli Foods emerged as a response Initiative to collaborate with Sarawak’s own producers to present them to the world stage by developing
their indigenous food products.
We currently work with 25 food producers whose products are harvested from the vast tracts of fertile land and rich water bodies of Sarawak.
Making Hasbl’s Belachan Udang Is a lengthy procedure that takes several days, starting with the harvesting of the prawns, salting, draining, and repeatedly sun-drying and grinding into a smooth paste that is then dried out again as thin sheets.
We provide services such as indigenous food production, supply and catering, community engagement and gastronomy projects.
