Smoked Mackerel

Hot-smoked in a smoker for at least 3 hours, the mackerel is salted and seasoned, vacuumed packed and frozen. Made by Mina from Serian.

Can be eaten chilled as is (thaw a couple of hours before consuming), on toast with pickles, as part of a cheese platter or heated up on a BBQ.

Please allow at least 7 days lead time.

Keeps frozen up to 2 months.
