Borneo Interwoven 2026

Where Heritage Textiles Across ASEAN Interweave

At Tanoti, one of our core objectives is the preservation of heritage textiles. Passed down through generations of artisans, these techniques are more than a source of income, they are a way of life. From handwoven songket and ikat weaving to rattan basketry, these ancestral knowledge form an unbroken connection to the past, thoughtfully brought into a contemporary context.

We are proud to present Borneo Interwoven 2026 (Jalinan Borneo 2026), a gathering of weavers, natural dye practitioners, designers, researchers, and cultural stakeholders. This is a space for cultural exchange and the exploration of technique, where we collectively reimagine the future of ASEAN textile heritage through innovation, collaboration and community.
