Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you may be eligible for a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and undamaged in any way. The cost of shipping/returning the said product is to be borne by the Customer.
After we have received and inspected the returned product, and it is found to be undamaged we will process your refund. The money will be refunded via the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take about 5-10 working days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@tanoticrafts.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
