DISRUPTION OF SHIPMENTS DUE TO COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Pos Malaysia/Pos Laju has announced a temporary disruption of parcel shipments to most international destinations. As a result, our online store CAN ONLY ACCEPT international orders and ship out purchases to Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan and the UK*, until further notice. We will keep you updated as the situation develops.

Also, please expect delivery delays averaging 3-4 weeks due to the fact that many carriers have limited flights at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

 

Shipping Rates

Orders Within Malaysia: will be calculated based on weight according to Pos Laju, starting with a flat rate of RM15 for the first 1kg.

International Orders: International shipping rates will be according to Pos Laju International or DHL, and differ from country to country and from time to time. Kindly email us for a quotation.

1. Please contact us with the SKU of the desired items (SKU codes for each item can be found on the product page).
   2. We will endeavor to pack your items to fit into the smallest suitable box available. We will then quote you the final shipping rate.
   3. Inform us if you wish to proceed with your order, and we will issue you with an invoice to show the correct total including shipping on the checkout page.

 

Shipping Time

Within Malaysia: Usually 5-7 working days upon receipt of payment.

International deliveries: Shipping times will vary from country to country.

 

Shipping Terms

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier provider, we are no longer liable for the package.

The customer is solely responsible for all import clearance requirements, as well as any duties and other levies which might be incurred by your country’s authorities. Please do your due diligence before proceeding with your order.

For Australian/New Zealand customers, kindly note restrictions on importation of any wood or other plant-based material, such as the rattan or bamboo components of our products. Please contact us if you require fumigation services.

Customs Fees & Taxes

There may be additional fees & taxes for your order. This will depend on the destination country, and to be borne by the customer.
