Dedicated to her late husband, Ahin's Fruit Tuak is brewed in small batches by Nyunyah Anak Ngabek in her home kitchen in Bau, Sarawak. Using local fruits growing in her garden, her Fruit Tuak is available in a variety of unique flavours.
